The best Chinese restaurant in Orange County!  There are places that have a lot of hype but don't deliver.  Din Din is exactly the opposite.   Modeled after an Asian beer house, Din Din features 6 different premium draft beers, scads of imported bottles, a wine list and a fully (and I mean fully!!!) stocked back bar.  Drink specials include tropical drinks like Mai tais, scorpions and sake martinis.  For the intrepid, try a volcano, served with flaming 151. 

Most of the soups, sauces and food (including the crispy noodles) are made from scratch, and it shows.  Din Din also has live music on the weekends - jazz, rock, blues.  When I first started coming here, it was pretty quite, but it is now beginning to pack them in on the weekends.  It's only a matter of time before the masses discover this one and make long waits the norm.  Enjoy it while you can!
