Shogun is at the SW corner of Katella and Knott. The food is EXCELLENT! The prices are great. The sushi chefs and the owner are very friendly. All you can eat sushi lunch for $16.95, dinner for $19.95. Free "special" items served randomly at the sushi bar. This is an undiscovered spot. Hardly ever a line or a wait, but this won't last. You'll find my wife and I there almost every Friday night. We love it!
